  The worst group of people I have ever done business with. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing and have no communication at all. We had requested for a change to be done on our policy and it took a year and half. They do nothing but give you the run around and tell you what you want to hear but do absolutely nothing!!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would, so people could know how crappy this office is ran! Do not do business with them unless you want to basically do their job for them while they eat paid for doing absolutely nothing!
